Tuition (Grades PK3 through 8)
Per child — $11,000 a year or approximately $917 per month (financing June–May)*

$11,000 a year or approximately $917 per month (financing June-May)*.  The Florida VPK Voucher is accepted toward tuition.  You must apply separately for this certificate HERE.

* Normal financing is from June through May to get 12 months. If you register in the months after June, your number of available financing months will decrease, and your payments will be higher.

**Tuition paid in full by June 30, 2026, will be discounted by 3%, providing fees are also paid by that date.

Grades Pre-K – 8 Fees for 2026-2027 (in addition to tuition)

Home & School Dues          $200 per family

Pre-K Books and Fees         $250 per student

Speech                                                 $25/30 minutes (individual) $20/30 minutes (group)

The Family Volunteer Program is 20 hours per family volunteer service required. (See Handbook for details)

Tuition Payment Program – FACTS

St. Clare has contracted with the FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program for our families. All families making monthly payments are required to use FACTS. There is a minimal sign-up fee, which will be deducted from your checking account by FACTS according to your signed agreement form.

Your tuition payment plan can be set up after acceptance to the school during enrollment online. With FACTS you may have your monthly payments withdrawn from either your checking account, savings account or credit card. You will be able to choose either the 5th or the 20th of the month.

Incidental Billing

Unless otherwise noted, all monies collected for field trips, sports fees, Dress for a Cause, and similar events are processed through incidental billing in FACTS. This means that any applicable charges will be added to your account, and you will be able to pay through FACTS using the banking account or credit card securely on file. This system helps streamline payments and ensures a convenient and secure way to manage school-related expenses.

Class supply lists are provided each summer.  Each grade level has a separate supply list.
