PRE K3 APPLICANTS
The Pre K3 applicant must be 3 years old on or before September 1st of the year in which they are applying for admission. We accept students for a 5-day program with a school day schedule that includes nap time. Students are expected to be fully toilet trained prior to the start of the school year.
To begin the admissions process, families must complete an Application for Admission, submit the non-refundable $100 application fee, and schedule a student assessment.
PRE K4 APPLICANTS
The Pre K4 applicant must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the year in which they are applying for admission. The school day includes nap time. We do accept the ELC VPK voucher towards tuition.

KINDERGARTEN APPLICANTS
The kindergarten applicant must be five years old on or before September 1st of the year in which they are applying for admission.

GRADE 1 APPLICANTS
The applicant must be six years old on or before September 1st of the year in which they are applying for admission.

GRADES 2 – 8 APPLICANTS
To begin the admissions process, families must complete an Application for Admission, submit the non-refundable $100 application fee, schedule a student shadow day, and a student assessment must be completed.
Admissions Considerations

- Conduct and effort marks
- Achievement or standardized test scores (when applicable)
Admissions Notification
Following the student assessment, parents will receive notification of the admissions decision via email.
Immunization Information
The Diocese of Palm Beach requires that, prior to attendance in school, each student present or has on file with the school a certificate of immunization for the prevention of those communicable diseases for which immunization is required by the Department of Health. A completed Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) is required to document the administration of prescribed immunization doses. An exemption from immunization requirements is permissible only with a physician’s certificate as to the need for either a temporary or permanent medical exemption. An exemption from immunization requirements is not permissible for religious, philosophical, personal, or other reasons.
